Jon Jordan,
President |
As the President of South Twin Executive Search, Jon has
worked with companies through good times and bad. He has
assisted companies that are growing to new levels, while
helping others that are trying to retain key employees. He
has been a consultative partner to companies for their
strategic and staffing needs. His intensive screening
process and network of leading talent deliver the resources
companies need to meet their goals. Jon’s background
includes seventeen years of operations, business
development, and key account management for companies both
large and small. He began his career in Boston with a
leading financial services company, working with corporate
retirement plans. He then applied his management, assessment
and relationship building skills to a career in professional
recruitment. Initially focusing on financial opportunities
for Boston based companies, he relocated to Rochester, NY in
1995, and developed a national recruitment practice. His
recruiting assignments ranged from staff to senior
management, and included the disciplines of sales,
marketing, engineering, operations, and research and
development. While Jon has conducted searches in many
industries, his specialty is in the Pharmaceutical and
Biotechnology industries. He is also an active member in the
Greater Rochester Bio Cluster; a non-profit organization for
life science companies. Jon is originally from the New
England area, and spent his high school and college days in
Rochester. He is a SUNY Oswego graduate, and lives in
Webster with his wife and daughter. He enjoys outdoor sports
such as golf and fishing, and is a season ticket holder of
the Rochester Knighthawks indoor lacrosse team.
Jeff Robinson
Pharmaceutical Marketing Practice
Manager
Jeff,M PA, JCTC has been in the career management
business for over 20 years. During that time, he has coached
job seekers from every walk of life and at every level from
public assistance recipient to CEO.
Jeff spent the first six years of his professional career
selling IBM, Apple and Hewlett Packard equipment to small,
medium and large businesses including Eastman Kodak Co.,
Bausch and Lomb and Xerox Corporation. Following a
successful career change, Jeff landed a position as a Career
Consultant with a national career management and
outplacement firm. After rising up the ranks to Vice
President and General Manager, he founded a career
consulting firm where he developed and taught a job hunting
system combining the best elements of the sales and job
search processes to recent graduates, professionals and
executives.
At South Twin Executive Search, Jeff utilizes his
expertise in assessment, screening and interview preparation
to identify and prepare candidates that best fit the culture
of client companies and the requirements of individual
positions, thus ensuring the most successful placement
experience for all concerned.
Jeff resides in Pittsford, New York where he enjoys
music, exercise, meditation and spending time with family
and friends.

Nicole MacDonald
Sales Practice
Manager
Nicole began her education focusing on the
pharmaceutical industry by pursuing her Doctorates in
Pharmacy. She later transferred into the business program
so she would be more involved in the corporate aspects of
the pharmaceutical industry. Her experience with South Twin
Executive Search began in early 2007, when she joined the
firm as a part time researcher.
In her current role as Sales Practice
Manager, she brings a strong background of marketing,
research, and candidate development. Nicole is responsible
for running and expanding our sales practice so that we can
better service the various needs of our clients. In
addition, she is also responsible for the training and
development of South Twin’s research associates.
She earned her Bachelors Degree from St. John
Fisher College; a nationally accredited AACSB school that
recently earned the prestigious title of “Americas Best
Colleges” by US News and World reports. Her drive and
motivation have enabled her to be successful in her
collegiate and professional career. She currently resides
in Brighton, NY and enjoys tennis, biking, music and
travel.
