Jon Jordan,
President |
As the President of South Twin Executive Search, Jon has
worked with companies through good times and bad. He has
assisted companies that are growing to new levels, while
helping others that are trying to retain key employees. He
has been a consultative partner to companies for their
strategic and staffing needs. His intensive screening
process and network of leading talent deliver the resources
companies need to meet their goals. Jon’s background
includes seventeen years of operations, business
development, and key account management for companies both
large and small. He began his career in Boston with a
leading financial services company, working with corporate
retirement plans. He then applied his management, assessment
and relationship building skills to a career in professional
recruitment. Initially focusing on financial opportunities
for Boston based companies, he relocated to Rochester, NY in
1995, and developed a national recruitment practice. His
recruiting assignments ranged from staff to senior
management, and included the disciplines of sales,
marketing, engineering, operations, and research and
development. While Jon has conducted searches in many
industries, his specialty is in the Pharmaceutical and
Biotechnology industries. Jon is originally from the New
England area, and spent his high school and college days in
Rochester. He is a SUNY Oswego graduate, and lives in
Webster with his wife and daughter. He enjoys outdoor sports
such as golf and fishing.

Tom Graham
Regulatory Practice
Manager
Tom joins
South Twin Executive Search with over 20 years in customer
management, recruitment and executive search experience.
Prior to South Twin Search, Tom served as practice leader
and later, VP of Search Operations for The Sharrow Group
considered among the most respected recruitment firms in the
nation for the homebuilding and construction industries.
Tom was primarily responsible for recruitment and placement
of senior level executives for many of the nation’s most
successful homebuilding companies.
At South Twin
Executive Search, Tom utilizes his expertise in the
assessment, screening and interview preparation to identify
only those candidates that best fit the functional
requirements of our clients. In addition, he understands
the importance of identifying the intangible attributes that
employees must contribute to insure a positive, growth
orientated company culture as well.
Tom is
originally from Albion, NY and attended college at West
Chester University in West Chester, Pennsylvania. He
received his Bachelor of Science degree in education and
enjoyed ten successful years teaching in the public school
systems in western New York State. Tom currently resides in
the city of Rochester, NY and enjoys the many well known
performing and cultural arts organizations throughout the
area. Tom spends much of his leisure time enjoying family
and friends and performing volunteer work for local
charitable and non-profit organizations.

M. Sue Jordan
Director of
Operations and Research
Sue has over 15 years of valuable experience
in marketing, management, and market research. She has
worked for companies from large corporations to small niche
businesses. Sue has managed small and large projects
and staff to success. Sue has been key in developing our
company website, marketing materials and search operations
In her current role as Director of Operations
and Research, she brings a strong background of marketing,
research, and management. Sue is responsible for the day to
day operations of the company, so that we can better service
the various needs of our clients. In addition, she is
also responsible for the training and development of
South Twin’s research associates.
Sue
has a Bachelors Degree in Management, Human Resources from
St. John Fisher College. She currently resides in Webster,
NY, with her husband and daughter. Sue enjoys
gardening, photography and restoring antique furniture.
