Director of Medical Science Liaisons

Experience:

Minimum 10 years of MSL experience with at least 5 years in a MSL managerial role.  A strong track record of performance management, team building and commercial experience is required.  Doctorates degree is mandatory (PhD, MD,

Director, Global Product Marketing

Description

My client is an entrepreneurially driven, growing, medical device company.  They are looking to expand their marketing department.  They have successfully launched several new products recently and have more slated for launch within the next 2 years.  In this role, you will be providing global strategic and tactical marketing for their product lines.  Their corporate culture is geared toward performance and recognition, so potential for future advancement is significant.

Experience:

Minimum 8 years of medical device product management required with a strong preference for new product launch experience.  International, global, regional, or country  marketing is ideal.  Prior medical device or pharmaceutical sales experience is helpful.  MBA preferred.

Product Manager

Description

My client is a global manufacturer of various healthcare products.  They increased revenues over 10% from last year and are looking at a stronger 2010.  Their growth has come from new product development, acquisitions and organic growth of their existing product lines.  To accommodate this growth, there have been multiple promotions within the marketing department.  One recent promotion created an opportunity for a strong marketing person, to manage one of their largest product lines and play a significant role in developing new product launch strategies.  This role will report to one of the company's high potential managers, making the opportunity for future growth significant.

Experience:

Minimum 6 years of medical device marketing experience, with a preference for prior medical device sales.  MBA is preferred.

Associate Marketing Director

A small pharmaceutical manufacturer, is strengthening its sales force and has an opportunity for a specialty sales representative.  All of their sales people manage their own territory, so their compensation is tied directly to their territory's performance.  The primary focus of this role will be calling on Dermatologists and Pediatricians.  If you are looking to work for a small pharmaceutical company that rewards its sales people based on territory performance, this is the opportunity for you.

Experience:

Minimum 2 years of Rx pharmaceutical sales performance for prior B2B (business to business) sales experience.  Previous territory management responsibility preferred.  Bachelor's degree strongly preferred.

A small pharmaceutical manufacturer, is looking for an experienced sales trainer, to develop this department.  In this role, you will be reporting to the VP of Sales and Marketing, and have the responsibility for all areas of their sales training and development needs.  This will encompass all aspects of training programs for new hires and programs for current rep and manager development.  The position offers significant visibility within the organization  and is an excellent opportunity to develop a training department.  Since they are a small, but growing, pharmaceutical company, a desire to be involved at all levels of training is crucial.

Experience:
