Director of Medical Science Liaisons

Location

Rockville, MD

Description

My client is a dynamic, rapidly expanding biotechnology company.  They are financially sound, have several products in late stage development and are poised to become a leader in their field on a global scale.  This role is an opportunity to lead an experienced MSL team, while being able to shape the future of this department.  They are an entrepreneurially driven company so an ability to think/plan strategically but act tactically is crucial.  If you are looking for an opportunity to join a strong, growing biotechnology company and still have a significant impact on their business, this is the opportunity you've been looking for.

Experience:

Minimum 10 years of MSL experience with at least 5 years in a MSL managerial role.  A strong track record of performance management, team building and commercial experience is required.  Doctorates degree is mandatory (PhD, MD,

PharmD).

Director, Global Product Marketing

My client is an entrepreneurially driven, growing, medical device company.  They are looking to expand their marketing department.  They have successfully launched several new products recently and have more slated for launch within the next 2 years.  In this role, you will be providing global strategic and tactical marketing for their product lines.  Their corporate culture is geared toward performance and recognition, so potential for future advancement is significant.

Experience:

Minimum 8 years of medical device product management required with a strong preference for new product launch experience.  International, global, regional, or country  marketing is ideal.  Prior medical device or pharmaceutical sales experience is helpful.  MBA preferred.

Director, Regional Product Marketing

Description

My client is an entrepreneurially driven, growing medical devise company.  They are looking to expand their marketing department.  They have launched several new products recently and have more projected within the next 18 months.  In this role, you will be providing regional strategic and tactical marketing for one of their product categories.  The corporate culture is geared toward performance recognition, making potential for future advancement significant.

Experience:

Minimum 8 years of product management experience within the medical device or pharmaceutical industries. Product marketing experience focused on North or South American markets is a required.  New product launch experience is ideal,  Prior sales experience is helpful.  MBA is preferred.

Specialty Sales Representative

Location

Memphis, TN; Mobile, AL

Description

A small specialty pharmaceutical manufacturer, is strengthening its sales force and has an opportunity for a specialty sales representative.  All of their sales people manage their own territory, so bonuses are tied directly to their territory's performance.  The primary focus of this role will be calling on Dermatologists and Pediatricians.  If you are looking to work for a small pharmaceutical company that rewards its sales people based on territory performance, this is the opportunity you are looking for.

Experience:

Minimum 2 years of Rx pharmaceutical sales with a preference  for prior B2B (business to business) sales experience.  Previous territory management responsibility preferred.  Bachelor's degree strongly preferred.

Specialty Sales Representative

My client is a specialty pharmaceutical company that is expanding their MSL team.  In this role, you will be covering just 3 states and working with KOLs as well as being actively involved in Investigator Led Trials.  They are an entrepreneurially driven company, soe flexibility to assume many roles will play a major factor in identifying the right person.  My client offers a competitive compensation package, that includes equity in the company.
