Our client is a small, entrepreneurial driven
biopharmaceutical company, looking for a Director of
Marketing to launch a new product into U.S. markets.
Their financials include a strong balance sheet, cash
position and access to financial markets to fund their
anticipated growth. One of their products has entered
Phase III and they are looking for a Director of Marketing
to launch and oversee this product. This role will be
reporting directly to the "C" level, so you will have
substantial visibility throughout the organization.
Their opportunity is to work for an entrepreneurial driven
organization, launch a series or new drugs, and play a key
role in the company's future. This in turn will lead
to significant visibility and career growth within the
organization.
Experience: Minimum 5 years of marketing RX products
into hospital or institutional organizations. Prior
sales and sales management experience helpful.
MBA preferred.

role, you will have responsibility for developing and
building relationships with KOL’s and becoming actively
involved in the clinical trials. They are an
entrepreneurially driven company so flexibility to assume
many roles will play a major factor in identifying the right
