Our client is a small, entrepreneurial driven biopharmaceutical company, looking for a Director of Marketing to launch a new product into U.S. markets.  Their financials include a strong balance sheet, cash position and access to financial markets to fund their anticipated growth.  One of their products has entered Phase III and they are looking for a Director of Marketing to launch and oversee this product.  This role will be reporting directly to the "C" level, so you will have substantial visibility throughout the organization.  Their opportunity is to work for an entrepreneurial driven organization, launch a series or new drugs, and play a key role in the company's future.  This in turn will lead to significant visibility and career growth within the organization.

 

Experience:  Minimum 5 years of marketing RX products into hospital or institutional organizations.  Prior sales  and sales management experience helpful.  MBA preferred.

Medical Science Liaison

Description

My client is a small, entrepreneurially driven organization, with multiple products already in the market place.  They have a very strong product pipeline but their growth has come as a result of product development, licensing AND acquisitions.  With this growth, has come an increased need for experienced MSL’s to talk with and establish relationships with Key Opinion Leaders.  In this role, you will have responsibility for developing and building relationships with KOL’s and becoming actively involved in the clinical trials.  They are an entrepreneurially driven company so flexibility to assume many roles will play a major factor in identifying the right person.  My client offers a competitive compensation package that includes equity in their company.

Experience: Minimum 2+ years of MSL experience with a Doctorates degree, a must.

Capital Equipment Sales Representative

A small division of a multi-international medical equipment manufacturer, is expanding their focus in the Pharmaceutical and Biotechnology marketplace. They are a rapidly growing division with multiple product offerings and high brand recognition. In this newly created role, you will be managing existing relationships as well as developing new ones. Responsibilities will include everything from relationship development, to deal closure to project management as the equipment is installed and used. Their equipment is considered a premium product so you’ll be selling based on value and not on price. They offer a lucrative compensation package and strong benefits.
